Apply: Take a generous amount of the oil and apply it to your scalp and hair. Ensure even distribution by gently massaging the oil into the scalp with your fingertips.

Massage: Spend 5-10 minutes massaging the oil into your scalp in circular motions to enhance blood circulation and ensure the oil penetrates deeply.
