Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. We partner with trusted courier services to ensure your products reach you safely and on time. International shipping is not available at this time but will be offered soon.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with the tracking number and courier details. You can track your shipment directly on the courier partner's website or by contacting us on WhatsApp at +91 7683099746. Please allow 24 hours after receiving the tracking notification for the tracking information to become active.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on most orders across India. COD availability depends on the delivery pin code and is confirmed at checkout. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. COD orders may be subject to a small additional handling charge.

Packaging

All products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. We use eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible, in line with our commitment to sustainability. Fragile items such as glass bottles and handmade soaps receive extra protective packaging.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue promptly. For undelivered packages, we will initiate a re-shipment or full refund based on your preference.
