At Nuerma Science, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
You may return a product within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The product was damaged during transit (report within 48 hours with photos)
- You received a wrong or defective product
- The product seal is intact
Non-returnable items: Products that have been opened, used, or have broken seals cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Sale or promotional items are final sale unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery
Share your order number and reason for return along with photos if applicable
We will confirm your return request and provide shipping instructions
Ship the product back securely and share the return tracking details
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Prepaid orders: Refund credited to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or bank account)
- COD orders: Refund processed via bank transfer -- please provide your bank account details
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for unopened products within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability. If the desired replacement product is out of stock, we will process a full refund instead. For exchanges, please follow the same return process outlined above.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange a free return pickup (where available) and send a replacement or process a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us immediately via WhatsApp or email. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled -- you will need to follow the return process after delivery. For prepaid cancelled orders, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
